Refund Policy

At Japan 4×4 Mini Truck, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Vehicle Sales

Due to the nature of vehicle sales, all vehicle purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a vehicle has been shipped.

Vehicle Deposits

All deposits made to secure a mini truck are non-refundable, unless the vehicle becomes unavailable or undeliverable due to circumstances on our end.

Parts and Accessories

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

If your return is eligible:

• Email us with your order details and reason for return.

• We will provide return instructions and approval.

• Refunds (for eligible parts/accessories) are processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect shipments immediately. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and description.
